TicketON is a mobile app for booking travel tickets online in Indonesia, offering users convenience in planning and booking their travel. With a variety of destination options and intuitive booking features, TicketON simplifies the process of finding, comparing, and purchasing tickets for various attractions. The app is designed to provide a quick, secure, and comfortable booking experience, allowing users to focus on enjoying their trip.
As a UI/UX designer for TicketON, I focused on creating a user-friendly and visually appealing interface. I developed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate a straightforward and efficient booking flow. Throughout the process, I conducted user research to understand their needs and preferences, which were then translated into a responsive and intuitive design. The result is an app that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides an optimal user experience, enhancing satisfaction and convenience in booking travel tickets.
